Rules

  1. Played under RANGERS TOURNAMENT Rules - any player misconduct will be confined to the tournament, except for violent conduct.
  2. Any player sent off will miss the next match in the tournament. Any player collecting a second caution will miss the next match.
  3. Standard monetary fines will apply.
  4. A player can only play for one team in the tournament. Registration with Mainland Soccer is not required.
  5. Round Robin play - 3 points win, 1 point draw. Goal difference to decide if equal points apply. If goal difference is equal, then the result between the two teams decides, and then Goals For.
  6. For Semi-Final and Final, extra time, if required, shall be 15 minutes each way with Golden Goal applying. A penalty shoot-out will apply in the event of a draw after extra time. No extra time will apply for the 3rd/4th Play Off.
  7. Substitutes - maximum of 5 on a non-rotating basis.
